What we help with

Personal care support we provide at home

Every task below can be scheduled as often as you need it — a short daily visit, twice-weekly showers, or full morning and evening routines.

  • Showering and bathing

Shower, bath or bed-bath assistance with skin checks, drying and moisturising, and safe use of shower chairs and grab rails.

  • Dressing and grooming

Help choosing and putting on clothing, compression stockings, hair care, shaving, oral hygiene and nail care so you feel like yourself.

  • Toileting and continence

Discreet toileting assistance, pad and product changes, catheter and stoma support, and dignity-first hygiene care.

  • Mobility and transfers

Getting in and out of bed, chairs and the shower using safe manual handling, hoists, slide sheets and walking aids.

  • Meals and medication prompts

Breakfast and meal set-up, hydration reminders and prompting for medications taken from a Webster pack.

  • Overnight and 24/7 care

Sleepover, active night and around-the-clock rosters when repositioning, toileting or reassurance is needed after hours.

How it works

A care plan written around your routine, not ours

We start with a free in-home assessment. A senior team member looks at your bathroom set-up, mobility, skin integrity, continence needs and falls risk, then agrees the routine with you and your family — what time you like to shower, how you prefer to be helped, and what you would rather still do yourself.

Your plan is documented with clear step-by-step instructions so any rostered worker delivers care the same way. Changes in skin, appetite, continence or confidence are reported back and reviewed with clinical oversight, so support scales up before a small issue becomes a hospital admission.

Personal care is often combined with domestic supports and respite, overnight and 24/7 care so one roster covers the whole day.

  • Have an approved Support at Home classification with personal care hours
  • Are recovering from surgery, a fall or a hospital stay
  • Live with arthritis, Parkinson's, stroke effects or reduced vision
  • Need continence or toileting support delivered discreetly
  • Have a family carer who needs regular relief
