What we help with

Domestic supports we provide at home

Choose the tasks that matter most to you — your worker follows an agreed task list so nothing is missed and nothing is done that you would rather manage yourself.

  • General house cleaning

Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, bathroom and toilet cleaning, and kitchen benches and appliances.

  • Laundry and linen

Washing, hanging or drying, folding, ironing and changing bed linen so you always have fresh sheets and clothes.

  • Meal preparation

Fresh meals cooked with you or portioned for the freezer, following any dietary, diabetic or texture-modified requirements.

  • Shopping assistance

Shopping with you or on your behalf, plus help putting groceries away and checking use-by dates in the fridge and pantry.

  • Home safety and tidying

Clearing clutter and trip hazards, taking out the bins, airing rooms and reporting maintenance issues to family.

  • Wellbeing check-ins

A friendly face each visit who notices changes in appetite, mood or mobility and reports them so support can be adjusted.

How it works

An agreed task list, the same worker, no guesswork

At the first visit we walk through the home with you and write a task list — which rooms, which jobs, what products you prefer and anything you want left alone. That list travels with your roster, so a stand-in worker knows exactly what to do without you repeating yourself.

Domestic assistance is often the earliest support people accept, and it does more than keep the house tidy: a regular visitor spots a fall risk, an empty fridge or a change in mood early. Anything concerning is escalated to our team for review and, where needed, clinical follow-up.

Many clients pair domestic supports with personal care supports and community access and appointment transport in a single weekly routine.

  • Are recovering from surgery, illness or a hospital stay
  • Live alone and want a regular, reliable check-in
