What we support
Ways we help you connect with your community
Your goals set the agenda. We provide the support, the transport and the encouragement.
Social outings and events
Cafes, markets, the beach, movies, bowling, live music, community festivals and catching up with friends and family.
Sport, fitness and recreation
Gym programs, swimming, walking groups, dance, team sport and other activities that keep body and mood strong.
Transport and travel training
Driven support, public transport practice, route planning and building the confidence to travel independently.
Learning, work and volunteering
Support at TAFE, short courses, work experience, volunteering roles and building everyday employment skills.
Skill building for independence
Money handling, ordering, appointments, phone and online communication, and safe decision making out in public.
Culture, faith and community groups
Getting to worship, cultural gatherings, language groups and clubs that keep your identity and connections strong.
Matched support
The right worker changes everything
Community access only works when you actually enjoy the company. We match on interests, age, personality, gender preference, culture and language, then keep that worker with you so outings become something to look forward to rather than another appointment.
Every plan has a goal behind it. That might be catching the bus alone by Christmas, joining a local club, holding a volunteer shift, or simply leaving the house twice a week without anxiety. We record progress so your plan review has real evidence.
Social supports work well alongside in-home care, Supported Independent Living and community nursing under the one provider.
