What is included in Supported Independent Living?
SIL funds the support hours you need in your home. Your plan is built around the tasks you want help with today and the skills you want to grow, so support reduces as your independence increases.
Personal care and daily routines
Showering, dressing, grooming, continence support and morning or evening routines delivered with dignity by workers you know.
Meals and household tasks
Meal planning, safe cooking, grocery shopping, laundry, cleaning and keeping your home comfortable and safe.
Skill building for independence
Practising cooking, budgeting, public transport, appointments and communication so you rely on paid support less over time.
Health and medication support
Medication prompting or administration, health appointments and high-intensity supports supervised by registered nurses.
Community and social connection
Getting to work, study, sport, worship, family visits and local events across the Gold Coast and Logan.
Safety and overnight cover
Sleepover, active night and on-call arrangements so there is always someone to call when things change.

Tell us about your goals, current plan and the supports you need. No obligation and no cost.
2. Home and needs assessment
A registered nurse visits to assess your home, health needs, risks and preferred routine.
3. Plan and funding check
We map supports to your SIL and Core budgets and provide a quote your planner can approve.
4. Matched team starts
We introduce your workers, publish the roster and review the plan after the first few weeks.
