Who we are
Compassion, clinical expertise and an unwavering focus on your goals
Loving Hands Care is a registered NDIS provider delivering supported independent living, community nursing, in-home care, aged care and social supports across South East Queensland.
We know that no two participants share the same goals, routines or abilities. That is why every service we deliver starts with a conversation about what independence looks like for you — whether that is cooking your own dinner, managing your health at home, moving into your own place, or getting back to the activities you love.
Our founders are nurses, so clinical judgement is built into the way we work. Support plans are written with an understanding of health risks, medication, mobility and escalation pathways, then delivered by support workers who are trained, screened and supervised. That is why participants with complex health needs choose our community nursing on the Gold Coast and why families trust our in-home care across Logan and Beenleigh. Families tell us that combination is what finally lets them relax.
We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers and allied health professionals so that supports fit together instead of working against each other. You can view the full range of NDIS services we provide or contact our Gold Coast team to talk it through.

Our approach
Support built around independence, not routines that suit the roster
Promoting independence is our primary focus. We start by mapping the skills you already have, the ones you want to build, and the barriers getting in the way. Support is then delivered at the level you actually need — prompting rather than doing, coaching rather than taking over.
Our team is intentionally small enough that you see familiar faces and large enough to cover shifts reliably. Every worker is inducted into your plan, understands your communication preferences, and knows exactly who to call if something changes.
- Registered NDIS provider audited against the NDIS Practice Standards
- Registered nurses on the leadership team
- NDIS Worker Screening Checks for every team member
- Consistent workers so you are not meeting someone new each shift
- Culturally safe, LGBTIQA+ inclusive support
- Clear, jargon-free service agreements and invoicing

Our values
What guides every shift we deliver
These six commitments shape how we recruit, train, roster and review the support we provide.
Independence first
Support is designed to build capacity, not dependence. We look for the skills you want to grow and build them into everyday routines.
Clinical confidence
Nurse-led oversight means complex health needs, medication support and wound care are handled safely and documented properly.
Genuine compassion
Our team is chosen for character as much as qualifications, because good care starts with people who actually want to be there.
Transparency and trust
Clear service agreements, clear pricing against the NDIS Price Guide, and clear notes so you always know what support was delivered.
Open communication
One point of contact, prompt responses and regular check-ins with families, support coordinators and allied health teams.
Goal-driven outcomes
Every plan has measurable goals so progress can be reviewed at plan reassessment and celebrated along the way.
