About our NDIS supports
Participant-led supports built around your plan goals
We start with what you want to achieve, then build the roster, the clinical oversight and the team around it.
Loving Hands Care is a registered NDIS provider delivering disability supports across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern New South Wales. Whether you are new to the scheme, moving into your first supported home or looking for a provider who actually turns up on time, we build a service agreement that reflects your funded supports and the outcomes written into your plan.
Every participant is matched with a small, consistent team so the same familiar faces attend each shift. A registered nurse provides clinical oversight where health needs are part of the picture, and our coordinators keep families, support coordinators and allied health professionals in the loop.
We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. Tell us how your plan is managed and we handle the claiming, invoicing and reporting from there.
Five support streams
What your NDIS supports can include
Mix and match the supports you are funded for — one provider, one plan, one team.
1. Supported Independent Living
Rostered support in a shared or individual home, including overnight and 24/7 assistance with cooking, cleaning, medication prompting, personal care and skill building for daily living.
2. Community nursing
Registered and enrolled nurses delivering wound care, medication management, continence and catheter care, PEG feeding, diabetes support and high-intensity clinical supports at home.
3. Community access
One-to-one and group support to get out and stay connected: social activities, sport, appointments, transport, shopping, study, volunteering and building confidence in the community.
4. In-home care
Practical daily help with showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and household routines so your home stays safe, comfortable and yours.
How we work
From first phone call to your first shift
We keep onboarding simple. You tell us your goals and how your plan is managed, we confirm the supports available, and we match you with workers whose skills, language and personality actually fit your household.
Where health needs are involved, a registered nurse assesses you at home, writes the care plan and trains the support team on it. Plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted as your goals, roster or clinical needs change.
If you also need veterans' or aged care support, we deliver DVA community nursing and aged care at home, or read more about Loving Hands Care.
